Dabbi Kashmiri is the Byadgi Dabbi type traded for Kashmiri-style colour. The pods are short, thick-skinned and deeply wrinkled, delivering the bright red bloom that buyers expect from Kashmiri chilli powder while keeping the heat almost negligible.
